Michelle Savage is an experienced food safety specialist, highly skilled in training, auditing and food safety management. Michelle’s 10 year career has spanned the food retail, hospitality and manufacturing industry

QHS boast nearly 30 years combined experience in this area. Both Consultants have extensive academic qualifications and practical experience and have solid knowledge of specialist areas within the food industry.
