Food Safety Training Programmes

Course Objectives:

Provide delegates with a level of awareness, knowledge and understanding of the food hygiene & HACCP requirements as per the FSAI Training Guidelines Levels 1& 2

This course can be delivered both on-site and remote tutor led via Microsoft teams

Duration:

3 hours (including course assessment)

Target Audience: All food handlers including deli, shop floor staff.

Remote training via Microsoft teams

Cost: €35pp Minimum of 8 bookings for course to proceed

Onsite training

Cost: €350 per course, can train up to 15 delegates per course (COVID Controls permitting)

This course can be delivered both on-site and remote tutor led via Microsoft teams

Duration:

8 hours (including course assessment)

Target Audience: All owners, managers supervisors, deli supervisors. Food safety champions

Entry requirements: Delegates must have completed level 2 course.

Remote training via Microsoft teams

Cost: €65pp Minimum of 8 bookings for course to proceed

Onsite Training

Cost: €650 per course, can train up to 15 delegates per course (COVID Controls permitting)
